- If you haven't already, click the "Schedule Pick Up" buton (top right) or the "Join" button under the Subscription Plan.
- You'll need an account to activate and manage your subscription.
Open Your Profile
- Once you're logged in, click your profile icon at the top of the page.
- Inside your profile, scroll to the "Subscriptions" section - this is where you can choose and manage your plan.
Choose Your Plan
- Select from Simple, Standard, or Premium based on your laundry needs.
- Once activated, your monthly allowance will be available, and you can begin booking collections.
- You can schedule pickups as needed, or book repeat weekly collections for added convenience
