Unlike a standard laundry service, every item is individually checked, sorted, and cleaned according to its specific care instructions. Delicates, darks, whites, cashmere, gym wear, bedding, ironing and dry cleaning - everything is handled with the level of care it deserves in our private facility.
You simply hand everything over. We take care of the rest - collection, sorting, cleaning, pressing, folding, hanging, and returning it ready to go back into your wardrobe. Your dedicated concierge collects your garments in our signature, unbranded Reserve bags. We coordinate directly with you, your House Manager, or your PA.
The Curation:
Items are processed in our private facility, separate from standard orders. Every piece is inspected by a Senior Technician, treated for stains, and hand-finished.
The Return:
Your wardrobe is delivered in "Ready-to-Wear" condition—hand-finished, tissue-wrapped, or on bespoke wooden hangers.

How do I handle my delicate or "Dry Clean Only" items?
Your assigned technician reviews the care label of every single garment. Items requiring specialist dry cleaning are automatically routed to our master cleaner and returned with your delivery.
What happens if I am traveling?
Membership includes a "Travel Pause" feature. Simply notify your concierge via WhatsApp, and we will suspend your collections or prepare a "Travel-Ready" suitcase pack for your departure.
